Welcome To Nova Scotia was, at first, a place for us to post pictures of places and things in Nova Scotia that we love or want to visit/see for ourselves. 

However, it wasn’t very long before we started getting notes from other tumblrs - those who live in Nova Scotia and enjoy seeing pictures of their province; those who used to live here and like seeing pictures of places that mean something to them; and those who have visited or would like to visit and add the photos we post to their blog of places they want to see. 

So we’ve kind of morphed into a sort of photo travel site.  We occasionally post links, and news, etc., but we mostly post beautiful pictures of this beautiful province!

We encourage you to submit your own photos (if you submit a photo that is not yours, please credit the photographer and link to the source if possible).  Please also tell us where the photo was taken, or at least the general area if you can.

Do you want to see a photo of a particular place in Nova Scotia?  Or maybe you have a question?  Or you might just want to tell us something.   Simply leave us a note in our Ask box and we’ll do our best to oblige!
